Recently, IP Pilot announced the list of Top 50 Firms for PCT Patent Applications in 2023. Beyond ranks fourth in the world while becoming the second largest IP agency in China in terms of the number of PCT filings 2023.

It is reported that the ranking was compiled and published by IP Pilot based on the PCT Yearly Review 2023 from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The PCT is an acronym for the Patent Cooperation Treaty, which is an international cooperation treaty in the field of patents. According to the provisions of the PCT, patent applicants can file international patent applications through the PCT channel and apply for patents in multiple countries.
